After a brief phone discussion with Mrs Verwey, Healthy Water ascertained that the following water problems were most important to her family:

• Cryptosporidium and Giardia free safe drinking water
• Stop chlorine irritation to sensitive skin in the shower
• Stop the need to purchase expensive bottled water.

Taking these factors on board, Healthy Water offered the Verwey family an inexpensive "Whole of House" system. Which was accepted and installed in mid 2001.
